Establishment section remains the backbone of BDA administration as it deals with appointment, transfer, training, and execution of disciplinary action, promotions and deployment of security services at different BDA establishments including parks. The Senior Administrative Officer at BDA heads the Establishment Section and he/she deals with the employees on BDA Cadres and those on deputation, totalling 838. The section also encourages employees to go through various career enhancement training programmes and modules for effective administration.
